Altheas Suppositories
The primary ingredient in the Altheas Suppositories is Green Coffee beans. These coffee plants are an excellent source of phenols called “chlorogenic acids” (CGA) which protect against oxidative stress. What are suppositories used for?

Most suppositories take 10-15 minutes to dissolve. However, some can take longer. I usually recommend sitting or laying down for 15 minutes to give it time to dissolve. Laying still allows the suppository to better dissolve in your body.
What to do after inserting a suppository?
Lying down is the best idea so that gravity doesn’t work against you. If you are going to be up and moving around, be aware that there may be leakage .
How long should you keep a suppository in?
Try and keep the suppository in for the 15-20 minutes it takes to completely dissolve. If you’re feeling it come out, that means that it was not inserted high enough.
How far do you push a suppository?
For adults, a suppository should be pushed about 3 inches into the rectum. For BioPure suppositories, there are insertion instructions included in each package.
Why is my suppository melting?
I recommend keeping the suppositories in the fridge 45 minutes before use to ensure they stay firm and in their original shape and to make insertion easier.
Can I leave a suppository overnight?
Yes, you can leave a suppository overnight. You may want to use a towel or pad to soak up any leaks as you sleep.
What is the side effect of suppositories?
There are not any dangers of using a suppository if inserted correctly. The ingredients in the BioPure suppositories are very strong and I recommend starting to use them slowly. Either break the suppository in half or use one every other day for a week.
