Eat Colorful Whole Foods
What is 1 thing you can STOP 🛑 doing in support of 1 thing you will START ✔️ doing to change your life by 5%?
What habits are worth your time and energy and which habits are not worth it? I've got 1 habit you can start and 1 habit you should stop, today!
Do you eat enough superfoods? What is a superfood? There is no health standard or regulatory body governing superfoods. So who decides what is considered a superfood? The generally accepted definition of “superfood” is a food that offers high levels of nutrients. Most superfoods receive that title because they are high in antioxidants. Theoretically, I could call Oreo cookies a superfood because they contain cocoa powder which is high in antioxidants. I think we all can agree that Oreos are NOT a superfood 🙂
✔️ Eat whole foods that are brightly colored / high in antioxidants

Whole foods that are brightly colored contain high amounts of antioxidants and legitimately deserve the title of “superfood”. While celery is high in minerals, it lacks a high level of antioxidants compared to bright purple cabbage or bold red tomatoes.
Salmon is considered a superfood because of the antioxidants that make it bright orange, while Tilapia, with its soft white flesh, is NOT called a superfood.
🛑 Stop believing everything you read or see on social media
One food that is great and “super” in someone’s body, may not be great in yours. A company using the marketing term “superfood” is likely more interested in your dollar than your health. Stop eating supposed “superfoods” with multiple ingredients or an ingredient list.
Move the needle by small increments yields large results over time. ✔️ Start supporting your life with foundational healthy habits and 🛑 stop sabotaging yourself.
