We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another regional carrier depending on where you live. All orders within the US will ship free with our Standard shipping plan. If you need your order faster, we also offer Expedited shipping that can get your products to you in as little as two to four business days.

We ship to anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, US Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.
PO Boxes: If you have a PO Box, please provide both the PO Box and your physical address in order to ensure prompt delivery.
Orders shipping to Canada may be submitted online without contacting us. Please note that DHEA, Pregnenolone and Progesterone products cannot be shipped to Canada.

Customs laws vary by country. It is your responsibility to ensure the supplements you are ordering can be shipped to your country. If you are unsure, please contact your local customs office. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, or fees assessed by your local customs office. We are not responsible for packages once they have reached customs. We are not able to offer a replacement or refund if your order is lost or misplaced once it reaches customs and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Due to manufacturer restrictions, the following brands cannot be shipped outside of the US: Allergy Research Group, Designs for Health, Douglas Labs, Genestra, Metagenics, Nordic Naturals, Nutricology, Optimox, Pharmax, Pure Encapsulations, Seroyal, Thumper, Unda, Vital Nutrients, and Xymogen.
Due to COVID-19, international shipments are currently taking 4-8 weeks for your package to be delivered and in some cases, even longer.
