Carly Neubert, BA, NC came to study nutrition out of necessity. She was plagued with digestive symptoms, anxiety, and depression (discussed with more detail in video above). Through diet and lifestyles changes she is able to manage and alleviate these issues. She began her quest to teach others that our bodies have a fundamental need for proper nourishment.
Along with her husband Keith, Carly grew up a native Californian and enjoyed vacationing at Pismo Beach. She graduated from Brigham Young University and moved to the Central Coast with Keith and their beloved pets. She attended Hawthorn University for her certification and finished the First Line Therapy training program. She is a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. Carly is a chapter leader for the Weston A Price Foundation.
Carly believes the ideal diet for humans is most closely described by the Weston A Price Foundation. But there are many other diets and eating plans that are helpful and effective depending on your specific health concerns and issues. Ultimately she supports natural, organic, local, and whole food diets.
Carly's philosophy is that anyone can achieve greater health by making small and important changes in their diet and lifestyle. She believes that food is information for our bodies. We need to nourish our bodies with good and healthy food so that our bodies will respond with vitality and health.

Carly shares her professional opinion in LaneLab's Wellness Magazine. You can read the full article highlighting Kefiran and all of it's benefits by clicking the link below! She also answers important questions about Kefiran in a Q & A on page 20.
“KEFIRAN is a probiotic that’s in a class of its own. It gives you the benefits of fermented kefir in an easy-to-swallow capsule, without the nasty side effects of dairy or the sour taste of kefir. So it’s great for everyone….even those who are lactose intolerant. I see amazing results with my patients and I’m thrilled,” remarks Neubert.
Carly has also written another article discussing the many benefits of Ginger.
"Turmeric and its bioactive component, curcumin, have gained much notoriety in recent years. Most integrative practitioners are already aware of curcumin's powerful anti-inflamatory actions; now mainstream researchers and healthcare professionals are following suit. But what about ginger, the cousin of turmeric?"
