✔️ Turn Off & Filter Blue Light Before Bed

Tossing and turning in your bed for hours every night? Are you wondering why you can’t sleep? Have you been watching TV or scrolling your phone right up until the moment you get in bed or even while lying in bed?

You have been unknowingly telling your body it is DAY time by looking at the bright BLUE light emitted by your phone and your TV.

Start telling your body and brain that it is nighttime by turning down your lights, using a filter on your phone, or using red light while you are watching TV.

🛑 Stop Looking at Blue Light/Screens Right Before Bed

When your eyes see blue light it sends a message to your brain that it is still daytime and your brain responds by NOT making any melatonin (your natural sleep hormone). STOP surrounding yourself with blue light after the sun has gone down.
