✔️ Squatting or lifting your knees

The puborectalis muscle holds your rectum closed so that you don’t poop your pants. That muscle isn’t fully relaxed unless you are squatting or bringing your knees closer to your chest. Use a Squatty Potty or any other small stool to create a more natural and effective pose on your toilet.
