Using the dropper, measure the appropriate dose based on your baby's weight (see chart above).
Add Baby's DHA to food, breastmilk, or infant formula once daily, or as directed by your pediatrician.
Clean the dropper thoroughly between each use, especially if the dropper contacts the baby's mouth.
Warning: Consult with your physician before using this product if your baby has a known medical condition, is taking medications (including blood thinners), or is allergic to iodine. Do not take if the tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of the reach of children.
Storage: Store the bottle with the original cap in the refrigerator. Best if used within 3 months after opening.
