Supports healthy estrogen levels
DIM + I3C by Seeking Health contains 400 mg of dietary indoles, naturally occurring components of cruciferous vegetables that may help support the body’s healthy estrogen metabolism processes. DIM (diindolylmethane) is a metabolic byproduct of I3C (indole-3-carbinol), a compound found in broccoli, cabbage and other vegetables in the Brassicacae family.
These well-known indoles are combined with other related compounds to provide a broad spectrum of support for processing estrogen metabolites, such as 16-alpha hydroxy-estrone. Indole compounds may help support normal hormone metabolism and estrogen processing in favor of a healthy ratio of estrogen metabolites.

Do you have estrogen dominance? Are you concerned about supporting a healthy hormone balance?
DIM+I3C is a targeted formula that supports healthy estrogen metabolism and a healthy oxidative stress responses associated with xenoestrogen exposure.
If you can relate to one or more of the following statements, then DIM+I3C may support you:
DIM (diindolylmethane as Ceti VI ™ ) is a byproduct of I3C (indole-3-carbinol), a compound found in broccoli, cabbage, and cruciferous vegetables. Both DIM and I3C are dietary indoles, which support the normal processing of estrogen metabolites.
I3-6™ is used to broaden the estrogen detoxification metabolites. I3C provides DIM along with indole carbazole (ICZ) and 5,11-dihydroindolocarbozole (DICD). This diversity allows I3C to activate additional estrogen detoxification pathways beyond just DIM.
Glutathione (as Emotion® s-acetyl glutathione) is added to support the healthy detoxification of harmful catechol estrogens. Simply lowering estrogen levels is not enough. Having healthy types of estrogen may be even more important.
DIM+I3C can specifically support healthy estrogen metabolism in individuals with high estrogen exposure. The incidence of higher estrogen may be more prevalent in individuals:
Seeking Health’s DIM+I3C is an important product to have on hand to support healthy estrogen metabolism. When your estrogen levels are balanced and supported, you will feel calm and have healthy energy levels.
