Indole-3-Carbinol Human clinical trials show an improvement in 2/16 hydroxy-estrone ratios in women taking I3C, demonstrating its value in helping lower risk in these women.
Indole-3-Carbinol I3C is considered one of the main active ingredients accounting for the health benefits found in cruciferous vegetables. I3C, and many of its metabolites including DIM, have been investigated with in vitro, animal and human studies.
