GlyMag-Z stick packs are convenient single-serving packets that promote sleep quality during occasional sleeplessness. GlyMag-Z helps the body find relaxation to support rest.


Each stick pack (7.2 g) contains:

Magnesium (as magnesium gluconate)  -  150 mg
Potassium (as potassium citrate)  -  30 mg
Glycine (free-form)  -  3 g

Other ingredients: xylitol, citric acid, malic acid, natural lemon and lime flavors, maltodextrin, luo han guo (Momordica grosvenorii) extract (fruit), stevia leaf extract

Suggested Use

Take 1 stick pack daily, mixed with 8 oz water, 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
