    Each serving contains:

    Grape Seed Extract   -  100 mg
    (seed) (Vitis vinifera) Standardized to 90% polyphenols

    Other ingredients: Rice protein, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), cellulose, vegetable stearate and silica.

    Suggested Use

    As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule, 1 to 2 times daily between meals or as advised by your healthcare professional. If digestive irritation occurs, take with meals.
