Suggested Use

Take on an empty stomach. Take 15 minutes before meals.

Adults and children over 12 years:	20 drops in a little water, 2 times per day.
Children under 12 years:	Consult a physician.

Follow the dosage directions on the side of the package or as directed by your physician.

Twist the cap to break the seal.
Pour the drops in a little bit of water and drink.
Or pour drops directly under your tongue.
Replace the cap and store the product.
