CurcuWIN® a water-soluble form of curcumin, the main bioactive constituent of Curcuma longa (turmeric). Owing to its immunomodulatory properties, Curcuma longa has a long history of use in Ayurvedic medicine. Boswellia serrata comes from the Indian frankincense tree, which is native to India, North Africa, and the Middle East. Boswellia has long been used as an herbal remedy in Ayurvedic medicine. The tree resin contains phytochemicals known as boswellic acids, which support normal regulation of inflammatory pathways. In clinical studies, Boswellia has been shown to reduce C-reactive protein, as well as downregulate prostaglandin E2 and leukotrienes. Additionally, Boswellia inhibits matrix metallopeptidase.
