Suggested Use

Shake lightly before each use. As needed, any time of day or night, take 1 serving by mouth, hold, swish, and then swallow. May use less if desired. Ideally, do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after taking. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings: Children and pregnant or lactating women should consult their healthcare practitioner prior to use. Do not use if inner tamper seal is damaged.
