Adults take one capsule one or two times daily, first thing in the morning or at bedtime (before or long after a meal) with a full glass of water or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For children, take one-half capsule to one capsule daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. An alternate means of ingestion is to break open the capsule and mix the contents with cool beverages or foods of choice.
Note: Although derived from baker's yeast (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae), Beta Glucan is a pure isolate and does not typically contain enough yeast proteins to cause an allergic reaction.
