Description
NuMedica Liposomal Iron
Liposomal Iron is an encapsulated powder liposomal assisting in the body's production of healthy red blood cells.
Liposomes are tiny spherical structures composed of a lipid bilayer wrapped around an aqueous nutrient core. The liposomes are able to increase absorption by fusing with cell membranes to deliver nutrients. Powder liposomes work the same way as liquid liposomes; the lipids wrap around the nutrient, but without the water. When the liposomes pass into the small intestine, they rehydrate. Imagine liquid liposomes as grapes and powder liposomes as raisins. Powder liposomes plump up just like a raisin does when soaked in water.

NuMedica’s liposomes are naturally stable and formed under low temperature and pressure without the use of synthetic chemicals or alcohol.
Powder liposomes employ the same technology as liquid liposomes and offer the same superior absorption. Liposomal absorption in humans has been extensively studied over numerous clinical trials. This form of absorption is a method of encapsulating drugs and other substances in liposomes, and then administering them to the body. The process has been clinically proven to be more efficient than other methods, with data showing that it increases the bioavailability and effectiveness of the encapsulated materials.
Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
