Dual Support for Ocular Health and Vision
Unique carotenoids that specifically support the macula and overall visual function. Lutein and zeaxanthin are the two major carotenoid pigments stored in the macula, the central part of the retina. They promote the integrity and density of the macular pigment, in part through their antioxidant properties.
In addition, they help form a protective layer that filters light, maintaining healthy photoreceptor function in the macula. Higher dietary intake of these carotenoids is associated with increased macular concentration.
