Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland of mammals and reaches peak levels at night. Studies show that it may be associated with the regulation of the sleep/wake cycles. Melatonin is a potent antioxidant that defends against free radicals and helps to support glutathione activity in the neural tissue. This melatonin is provided in convenient, peppermint-flavored lozenges. Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 3 mg
Melatonin - 3 mg
Other Ingredients: Fructose, cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), mannitol, natural peppermint flavor, sorbitol, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Chew or hold one lozenge in mouth just prior to bedtime as needed or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
