Methyl-Plex B™ is a comprehensive formula designed to support healthy homocysteine levels and optimal methylation. The 5-MTHF in this formula – Quatrefolic® – is the most biologically active form of folate, allowing rapid uptake into the bloodstream. The 5-MTHF in this formula is also known as the "L" form of 5-MTHF since it is the reduced form of folate. B vitamins are provided in their active forms to support enhanced methylation and cardiovascular health.

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) - 25 mg
Vitamin B6 - 25 mg
Folate - 800 mcg
5-MTHF† - 400 mcg
Folinic Acid - 400 mcg
Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) - 1,000 mcg
Trimethylglycine (as anhydrous betaine) - 500 mg
