Place one tablet under the tongue or let dissolve in the mouth twice daily - one tablet in the AM and one tablet in the PM, two to three hours before bedtime. Allow 1-3 minutes for tablet to dissolve. Consult with a healthcare professional for any additional instructions.
Extra Dosages: 1 tablet three times daily - 1 tablet in AM, 1 tablet Mid-Afternoon, 1 tablet 3 hours prior to bedtime.
