Modified citrus pectin is different from other pectin because of the way it is prepared. It is modified by a proprietary process, which reduces the molecular weight of the pectin molecule. Average molecular weight: 30kD; pH: 6.0-7.2; Methoxylation: not more than 5%.

Suggested Use
Capsules: As a dietary supplement, 3 capsules one or two times daily, or as directed by a health practitioner. Best taken at least 30 minutes before, or 1.5 hours after food.
Powder: As a dietary supplement, 5 to 15 grams daily: dissolve one rounded teaspoon (approx. 5 g) of powder in water, juice, or other liquid, one to three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Best taken at least 30 minutes before, or 1.5 hours after food.
