Serrazimes® is a proteolytic blend composed of enzymes derived from the edible fungi, Aspergillus oryzae and Aspergillus melleus. Serrazimes® acts systemically to maintain healthy immune system responses through their ability to break down protein-based immune cell secretions and facilitate their elimination.
