Herb Pharm prepares their Spilanthes extract from the fresh (never dried) whole flowering plant of Certified Organic Acmella oleracea plants grown on their own farms in southern Oregon. The fresh whole flowering plant is harvested in the summer and immediately extracted.
Spilanthes taste briefly vegetal and mildly aromatic, quickly becoming intensely tingly.
