New WynnPharm's PreDia - Introduction

by Carly Neubert, BA, NC on August 14, 2019

Did you know that an estimated 84 million adults in America are pre-diabetic? That’s 1 in 3! Even more astonishing is the fact that the majority of affected individuals aren’t even aware. Prediabetes is the precursor to type 2 diabetes, which is the 7th leading cause of death in the United States among adults.

Type 2 diabetes is defined as having a fasting glucose level (average blood sugar level) above 125 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dl). Coming up behind, prediabetics have a fasting glucose level of 90mg/dl up to 125mg/dl.

Type 2 diabetes is characterized by insulin resistance. Basically, as your blood sugar rises higher, your body continues to produce more insulin to keep those blood sugar levels down. However, over time, the insulin receptors become exhausted and are unable to keep up with the production level and need for insulin. In turn, this impacts things like vision, energy, digestion, weight, and sleep, to name a few.

So, if you’ve been diagnosed as prediabetic by your doctor, you’ve probably been advised to do things like cease living a sedentary lifestyle, remove refined sugars and carbs from your diet, up your fiber intake, and increase your consumption of healthy fats and protein. Taking these measures and additional steps like nutritional supplementation can significantly decrease the risk of prediabetes turning into type 2 diabetes or even reverse the process. Nevertheless, sometimes all of this isn’t enough. That’s where PreDia comes in.

PreDia Overview

PreDia is new to the market, an up-and-coming dietary supplement for prediabetes and metabolic syndrome. It works as an ancillary option for reducing the risk of prediabetes in addition to the maintenance of diet and exercise.

PreDia controls glycemia in the body by stalling or completely turning back the onset of impaired fasting glucose (IFG) and impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). To reiterate, impaired fasting glucose (IFG) is “a type of prediabetes in which a person’s blood sugar levels during fasting are consistently above the normal range but below the diagnostic cut-off for a formal diagnosis of diabetes.”

IFG and IGT are conditions typically associated with prediabetes. Normally, high blood sugar levels common to diabetics and pre-diabetics are managed and brought down by an influx of insulin. Instead of treating insulin resistance, the characteristic trait of prediabetes and type 2 diabetes, with more insulin, PreDia offers something different.

PreDia uses abscisic acid (ABA), which is scientifically proven to be more effective in the treatment of prediabetes than abscisic acid obtained through diet alone. The ABA in PreDia reduces insulin secretion, which in turn counteracts the body’s development of insulin resistance. The amount of ABA needed to perform this task cannot be ingested through diet alone. ABA is a molecule that exists in fresh fruits and vegetables.

Again, only at the optimal scientifically proven dosage does ABA have the capability to reduce, balance, and optimize glucose metabolism (the function of insulin) in the body. This dose is contained in PreDia’s grape seed extract ingredient.

The Science Behind PreDia

So you know that PreDia works by reducing insulin secretion. This doesn’t make a lot of sense, seeing as how insulin is what the body needs to reduce high blood sugar levels, which in turn keeps us from dying. It’s now important to note that PreDia’s main ingredient, ABA, doesn’t just reduce the body’s insulin production to foster insulin balance. The acute dosage of ABA in PreDia actually, “replaces the insulin action by stimulating the skeletal muscle glucose uptake.” So what is this?

Your body uses glucose as fuel to contract your muscles. In other words, glucose allows you to move. This is why a steady and normal glucose metabolism is so essential to your health. This is also why you hear so commonly of severe diabetics losing legs. When your glucose levels aren’t regulated, the body cannot perform essential functions properly.

So, the glucose in the body enters your muscle cells through something called GLUT4.  It is a protein in the muscles that transports glucose into your cells. Upon muscle contraction, glucose is then relocated from within the cell storage deposits to the plasma membranes in your muscles.

GLUT4 is important because it gives all of the glucose in your blood somewhere to go besides just sitting and being controlled by insulin production. However, all of the transporting and translocating of the glucose to and from the cells is hard work for your body, and it’s the main reason why the GLUT4 process isn’t performed very heavily in the body at all times.

Normally, glucose delivery to the muscle is stimulated by exercise. The increased amount of blood flow in the skeletal muscles essentially gets rid of the transportation factor of GLUT4, allowing the process to happen much quicker. This is also why you’ll commonly hear of exercise being recommended as one of the most important steps you can take to reduce your risk for or treat diabetes.

Now, back to PreDia. The patent-pending, scientifically researched dosage of ABA in PreDia is the most important ingredient for a reason. It’s what makes the product so effective. ABA is the element that stimulates the uptake of glucose into the skeletal muscles. So rather than just relying on exercise to do this task, PreDia pushes for it in the body in addition to exercise. When the ABA takes effect, and glucose in the blood is redirected to the skeletal muscles, it’s possible, then, for ABA to reduce the body’s insulin production. Consequently, glucose enters the skeletal muscles faster, there is less glucose in the blood and thus less glucose for the body to regulate through the release of insulin. PreDia not only allows the body to save the insulin action for managing blood sugar balance, but it stimulates the process in the body responsible for muscle contractions. All of this too, while increasing the body’s capacity to process insulin effectively and rid itself of insulin resistance.

Benefits and Usage

PreDia passes over the vicious cycles of insulin production that can never quite catch up in the bodies of diabetics and prediabetics. IFG and IGT, both indicators of prediabetes, are caused by an unregulated diet and an unhealthy lifestyle. These conditions put you at risk for all kinds of health problems.

Besides insulin management, PreDia can also help reduce and manage BMI and weight gain. It can lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels, which also reduces the risk of cardiovascular issues. Statistical results obtained from a three-month-long clinical study with PreDia show significant decreases in fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, cardiovascular risk BMI, and waist circumference.

PreDia stands out from other nutritional supplements for glycemic management already on the market for several reasons. For starters, it is currently the only one available with the patent-pending scientifically proven dosage of abscisic acid (ABA). PreDia, “allows for normal absorption of carbohydrates by promoting their use for energy purposes without increasing insulin secretion and the consequent body fat accumulation.”

Because PreDia has been used in clinical studies for an average of three months, it is advised to take PreDia for at least three months, combined with a healthy lifestyle, diet, and an increase in exercise, to see optimal results. PreDia won’t make the change happen for you, but it can certainly support the process.

Conclusion

If the common solutions you’ve been given to address your diabetic conditions aren’t working, it may be time to try a different approach. PreDia can work for you. As the only nutritional supplement on the market with a scientifically researched dosage of ABA (abscisic acid), PreDia can delay or completely revert the onset of your impaired fasting glucose or impaired glucose tolerance.

ABA will work to slow down the production of insulin in your body, which in turn will decrease your overall risk for insulin resistance. Carbohydrates and triglycerides, common contributors to high intake levels of blood glucose, are lowered naturally through PreDia’s potent dosage of ABA. Get weight gain, BMI, and heart health under control with PreDia. Take the steps you need today to get ahead of your prediabetes tomorrow with PreDia.
