    Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate) 2.5 mg
    Folate (L-5-methyltetra-hydrofolate, calcium salt) 240 mcg DFE
    Calcium (as calcium citrate) 74 mg
    5-hydroxytryptophan (from Griffonia simlicifolia seed extract) 100 mg

    Other Ingredients: Vegetable capsule (hypromellose, water), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), and microcrystalline cellulose.

    Suggested Use

    Take 1 capsule one to two times daily or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed suggested use.
