What is Meriva Curcumin and how does it help us?
Curcumin is the orange pigment, and the main active ingredient, in turmeric. It has the ability to help improve joint function, increase endurance, decrease muscle soreness and increase strength and vitality among older patients, but the body has a tough time absorbing it. That’s where Meriva comes in. The scientists at Indena®, a renowned Italian nutraceutical company, found a way to increase the absorption efficiency by attaching a curcumin extract to phospholipids, essential components of human cells, resulting in Meriva®.
What is the microbiome and what helps it flourish?
