Ingredients

Serving Size: 6 Capsules	Amount Per Serving
Proprietary Functional Fiber Blend Galactooligosaccharides (Bimuno) Organic Fructooligosaccharides (Livaux and ACTAZIN) Organic Xylooligosaccharides (PreticX)	4 g

Other Ingredients: Cellulose, vegetable capsule (cellulose and water).

Contains: Corn and milk. One or more ingredients derived from lactose from bovine milk and organic corncob.

Does not contain: Wheat, gluten, soy, egg, nuts, or artificial flavors or colors.

Suggested Use

Ages 2+: Start with 3 capsules daily with or without a meal for one week, then increase to 6 capsules daily with or without a meal as tolerated.

Week 1	3 capsules daily
Week 2+	6 capsules daily

Primary degraders feed on the bulkier fibers like cellulose, resistant starches, and inulin and then convert them into intermediate products like acetate, lactate, and oligosaccharides that can then feed the butyrate-producing secondary degraders.1 These complex fibers are important because they can feed beneficial bacteria, but they can also be utilized byharmful bacteria. For this reason, we decided to skip the first step and provide the gut microbiome with the intermediate byproducts that it needs to produce beneficial short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) like butyrate.
