    Seeking Health Optimal Glutathione Plus

Household air pollution was responsible for approximately 3.2 million deaths in 2020, of which 237,000 deaths were children under 5 years old, according to the World Health Organization.

    Our air is toxic.

Glutathione acts as your body’s #1 antioxidant and detoxification compound.

Each day, you breathe 11,000 liters of air, often with pollutants in every breath.

Here are a few chemicals, eliminated by glutathione, that you breathe in each day:

    • Formaldehyde (from new clothes, furniture, new construction, your own body)
    • Chlorine (drinking water, pools, hot tubs)
    • Exhaust fumes (cars, trucks, gas stoves, gas fireplaces, generators, lawn mowers, airplanes)
    • Arsenic (chicken, rice, drinking water)
    • Mercury (amalgams, drinking water, fish, coal burning (airborn)
    • Hydrogen peroxide (made from exercising, stress, and your immune system during infections)
    • Construction materials (glues, adhesives, paints, fumes, oils, caulks, lumber)
    • Smoke (forest fire, vapes, cigarettes, pipe)

    Additionally, glutathione supports:

    • Recycling damaged vitamin C and E
    • Healthy mitochondria
    • A balanced immune response
    • The ability to generate a fever
    • Neutralization of toxic compounds generated by liver detoxification
    • Regulation of cell growth and cell death

    Benefits of Optimal Glutathione Plus:

    • Great tasting, and effective, glutathione with essential cofactors
    • Pop in the lozenge and experience the benefits of glutathione quickly
    • Perfect for kids, on-the-go or traveling

    Dr. Lynch's Tips

Glutathione is an effective supplement. Use as needed or as directed.

While the dosage of glutathione in this supplement is only 25 mg per lozenge, it is still very effective. This is likely due to the lozenge delivery system.

While testing this supplement prior to going to market, the dosage of glutathione was originally at 50 mg. I found that 50 mg was too strong for about 50% of the users and that 25 mg was very well tolerated and sufficient for most users.

"Personally, I do very well with 25 mg of glutathione. The 50 mg of glutathione, when delivered by lozenge, was too strong for me and my family members."

There are four common signs that may occur from taking too much glutathione or taking it too frequently:

    • Headache
    • Irritability
    • Difficulty sleeping
    • Nausea or light-headedness

If you do not already experience these, and they started after supplementing with glutathione, reduce the frequency of taking it. You may want to stop supplementing for a few days.

The reason why headaches, irritability and sleep difficulties occur is primarily due to glutamate. When taking glutathione at higher amounts, glutamate levels in your body naturally tend to increase. Glutamate is an excitatory neurotransmitter. Too much of an excitatory neurotransmitter is associated with headache, irritability and sleep difficulties.

In the event you do take too much glutathione and you are experiencing these uncomfortable feelings, consider supporting healthy glutamate levels by taking Lithium Orotate and Magnesium Plus. These nutrients are known to support healthy glutamate metabolism.

There are some days you’re exposed to more chemicals than others. These days, you likely want to support healthy glutathione levels with Optimal Glutathione Plus.

On days where your chemical exposures are low, you may not need to supplement.

There are common times that one should consider supplementing with Optimal Glutathione Plus:

    • Airplane travel. Take right as you get on the airplane.
    • Long road trips. Take as needed. The more exhaust you breathe, the more glutathione you need.
    • Prior to getting into a sauna
    • Upon waking up in the morning. Keep it on your bed stand.
    • Fuzzy, cloudy head
    • Poor memory recall occasionally
    • Reduced cognitive function periodically. Keep a bottle right on your desk at work.
    • Cooking for extended periods of time and breathing in the smoke or gas fumes.
    • After a grueling competition of any type
    • After being sick
    • After being in a hot tub or swimming pool
    • After being exposed to chemicals that bother you such as chlorine, formaldehyde, cigarette smoke, fragrances, paint, oils, gas, exhaust fumes

As always, talk with your healthcare professional.

While Dr. Lynch thinks this glutathione supplement may benefit almost anyone, let’s get specific.

Assess each statement below. If you relate to one or more, then Optimal Glutathione Plus Lozenges may be the glutathione supplement you need:

    • I want to give my kid glutathione. A glutathione lozenge seems perfect.
    • I prefer lozenges over capsules or liquids. They taste better, work faster and have a better result.
    • I often get exposed from exhaust. I travel a lot by car, train, bus, bike, or airplane.
    • I want to gently, yet effectively, support my detoxification pathways.
    • I need a great-tasting glutathione supplement that’s small and compact so I can easily take it with me.
    • I’m tired of people saying ‘Stop being so sensitive to smells’. Smells really do negatively affect me. I want to experience what it’s like to have a healthy response to odors.
    • Chlorine is around me and my family a lot. We enjoy swimming pools and hot tubs. Since glutathione breaks down chlorine, I want to use it before and after being exposed to chlorine to support a healthy detoxification response.
    • I enjoy cooking. I cook using a gas stove, BBQ, smoker or fire. I also don’t use the hood often while I’m cooking even though I know I need to.
    • I’m often exposed to cleaning products, nail polish, new furniture, new carpets, new clothes, building materials, new cars or rubber.
    • I am around paints, oils, adhesives or other coatings.
    • I either smoke, or am around people who smoke, cigarettes, vape or various other devices.
    • I exercise regularly and tend to recover slowly. My muscles ache longer than they should and I’d like to experience healthy muscle recovery.
    • Most glutathione supplements aggravate me. I usually experience headaches or irritability. I know I need glutathione and would like to find one that works well for me.
    • I cannot stand the taste of liposomal glutathione.
    • My ability to absorb nutrients isn’t the best. I either have low stomach acid, poor gallbladder function, inflamed intestines or an unhappy microbiome.
    • I had gastric bypass surgery. I need a glutathione supplement that is easier to digest.
    • Swallowing capsules isn’t ideal for me.
    • My kid can't swallow capsules.

If a number of those resonated with you, then Optimal Glutathione Plus Lozenge is something that you should seriously consider.

If none of the statements above relate to your current life situation, then Optimal Glutathione Plus Lozenge is most likely not something you need right now.
