Folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, calcium salt)	240 mcg DFE
Calcium (as calcium citrate)	74 mg

5-hydroxytryptophan (from Griffonia simlicifolia seed extract)	100 mg

Other Ingredients: Vegetable capsule (hypromellose, water), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), and microcrystalline cellulose.

Suggested Use
