To make our Concentrated Butter Oil, we only use butter made from milk produced by cows that have been grazing on rapidly growing green grass. Centrifugation is used to extract and concentrate the butter oil. Factors taken into consideration in the production of our Concentrated Butter Oil include the rate of grass growth, grass species, the timing of grazing, climate, and extraction method.
Raw butter oil concentrated through centrifugation, unbleached beeswax (as a thickener), plant cellulose (capsules).
