Boluoke for Scars and Fractures

by Carly Neubert, BA, NC on September 11, 2024

Have you ever heard the phrase “sticky blood”, or maybe the idea that someone is “thick blooded”? Many chronic and complex illnesses deal with something called hypercoagulation and/or hypoperfusion. These terms refer to increased blood clotting and reduced blood flow. Hence the common nickname of ‘sticky blood’. The coagulation, or clotting, of blood is vital for internal and external wounds. Proper blood flow and oxygenation of your tissues and organs are also really important. There are lots of players involved in blood flow and blood clotting, with enzymes and proteins at the very forefront.

You may be familiar with enzymes and proteins in terms of digestion, but there are also specific enzymes and proteins that deal with the inner workings of your blood vessels. As with many important elements, your body is capable of producing these enzymes and proteins, but sometimes a little help is needed to manage the appropriate levels and functionality. Boluoke, a patented formulation of purified lumbrokinase enzyme extract, is a super-potent enzyme with myriad functions. Lumbrokinase may be the solution you’ve been searching for to help you ditch the blood thinners that come with their dozens of unwanted side effects. The benefits of lumbrokinase are expansive, hence why we’ve written a few blogs on the topic over the last few years! In this blog, you’ll learn a bit about the inner workings of blood and how the lumbrokinase enzyme works. I’ll also highlight the specific benefits of lumbrokinase when it comes to healing soft tissue injury and scar tissue.

Fibrins

When you get a wound, your body puts resources into forming a thickened mass of blood and tissue to stop the bleeding and encourage the healing process. Sometimes the proteins that are involved in blood coagulation can get over eager. If they are found in abundance they can cause clotting in places that it doesn’t belong. Fibrinogens are one of the resources sent to create a clot! Thrombin, a clotting enzyme, converts fibrinogen into fibrin. Fibrin is a protein that acts as an ‘inner scab’. It can be found within biofilm as well. Biofilms act as a protective slime and sometimes protect harmful bacteria and clog your veins. This is problematic for many reasons. Not only is the passageway for healthy blood being blocked, harmful germs are being blocked from receiving treatment that would aid in the healing process. Fibrins like to hold biofilm together.

Fibrinolytic Enzymes to the Rescue!

Fibrinolytic enzymes are enzymes that break down fibrin in your bloodstream to help keep things moving smoothly. Boluoke is a fibrinolytic enzyme supplement. In fact it is regarded as the only fully researched oral fibrinolytic supplement on the market. Boluoke has been through Phase I-III clinical trials in China and has held an excellent safety and efficacy profile. The specificity of this formula provides potency that leads to results. For thousands of years, lumbrokinase was used by Chinese medicine practitioners to help with hypercoagulation. However, thousands of years ago, this was done by smashing up earthworms and steeping them in tea. Yep, that’s right, lumbrokinase comes from earthworms! But don’t be alarmed, Boluoke is not dried up earthworms in a capsule. In fact, that’s part of what sets this lumbrokinase supplement apart from the others.

The Difference

Dr. Hisashi Mihara tediously researched until he found the exact enzyme that helped with blood thickness so you no longer have to deal with a ground up earthworm. Instead, Boluoke extracts the lumbrokinase enzymes and provides 20 mg of pure lumbrokinase enzyme extract consistently in each capsule. Buluoke is concentrated, measured, and standardized. Many lumbrokinase enzyme products use the smashed earthworm method and don’t really know how much of the active enzyme actually makes it into the supplement.

Now, there are other fibrinolytic enzymes out there that can also be helpful! Nattokinase and Serrapeptase being two of the commonly cited enzymes. While these are certainly helpful, lumbrokinase has shown to be much more potent. If you’d like to learn more about the comparison of these enzymes, check out this blog that highlights nattokinase or this one on serrapeptase

The Application

As previously mentioned, hypercoagulation is a shared attribute of many complex and chronic illnesses such as: Lyme disease, CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome), Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), Hepatitis B, blood clots, ischemic stroke, coronary artery disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and possibly long-haul Covid-19 Corona virus

Several new studies have shed some light on how Boluoke lumbrokinase can support and heal soft tissue injuries including tendons and scar tissue.

In 2023, a study illustrated that lumbrokinase enzyme significantly decreased fibroblast invasion of an injured area.  In other words, the enzyme reduced the formation of scar tissue after an abdominal surgery.  These results are promising because intra-abdominal surgeries can often cause scar tissue, adhesions, chronic illness, pain, intestinal obstruction and female infertility.  The study proved that lumbrokinase can assist in the healing process and possibly prevent further complications caused by excess scar tissue and adhesions.

Another study showed the role that lumbrokinase can play in healing bone fractures. Lumbrokinase enzyme reduces fibrin formation. Fibrin formation is not essential to healing a bone fracture. On the other hand, excess fibrin is detrimental to healing a bone fracture. Fibrin slows down or stops the mineralization process required for healing your bones.

In theory, if you experience a bone fracture, the healing process could be slowed or halted if your blood is hyper-coagulated or contains too much fibrin.  Lumbrokinase enzyme can reduce fibrin, which will, in turn, create the conditions needed for healing mineralization (ossification) of your bone fracture.

An animal study used lumbrokinase to repair damaged tendons. The study concluded that the subjects treated with lumbrokinase showed “less inflammation, more maturity of fibrocytes and more aggregation of collagen fibres in the tendons, and the ultimate strength of tendons treated with G-90 was superior to untreated tendons”.  In plain English, the subjects treated with lumbrokinase recovered better than those who did not receive the enzyme.

Reviews

“Was recommended by our cancer clinic. Have taken it for almost a year now.” Diane M.

“I had a PE in May 2006 and my Hematologist in Phoenix suggested in addition to taking Warfarin that Boluoke, essentially composed of earthworm castings. would act as a supplement to break up the fibrinogen in my blood that contributes to clotting. I’ve been taking it ever since and thank goodness I’m still here!😊My experience buying the supplement was a good one and it actually was the cheapest price I’ve found” Elisa T.

“Love this product! Really helps with my hypercoagulability & symptoms. Was recommended by my Dr & this enzyme has served me well. Effects have been less puffiness, headaches, helps with my morning appetite as well. I’m happy I found this site because it was more expensive on the other site I was ordering from- shipping was $20 for the cheapest it was crazy. Happy with results!” Stacey D.

“I have had a previous DVT and subsequent superficial clots in my legs that can be extremely painful. My solution in the past was to take 800 ibuprofen to reduce the painful swelling. I've only been on Boluoke for 2 weeks and seems to have helped the circulation in my legs dramatically.” Russell W.

“Lumbrokinase is an amazing enzyme and Boluoke is the only brand I ever use. Boluoke is far superior to any other brand. I like that it has no excipients and is manufactured by a well known respected company.” John C.

“Thank you for this wonderful product. I took Coumadin for years and still show some ill side effects from it. No ill side effects with this product. I love it!”Lauren T.

“This supplement was recommended by my functional medicine doctor for high fibrinogen levels. It has been very effective and I like the fact that it does not contain soy like many other fibrinogen supplements. I will definitely be buying it again.”Carol M.

    Conclusion

Boluoke stands apart from any other systemic enzyme formula.  It is superior to any lumbrokinase enzyme supplement and has a wide array of benefits.  The researched benefits continue to increase and I’m sure the medical research will continue to prove the many uses for this formula. If you would like a personalized plan to include Boluoke in your wellness journey, schedule a consult with me, Carly Neubert BA, NC.
