Unique Uses For Biocidin
Biocidin is a full spectrum and multi-use botanical formula. I have written several blogs discussing the basics of the formula, the research, programs, and how to avoid side effects.
The biggest “problem” with Biocidin is that it works too well. It will kill pathogens and your body will respond with more inflammation if your detox pathways are not open. I discuss in this blog how to ensure you detox pathways are open so that you don’t experience side effects known as “detox” or “herx” reactions.
Biocidin can be used for so many different microbial pathogens that are found anywhere in your body.
Here is a list of the creative ways that users have reported using Biocidin:
- Diaper rash
- Prostatitis
- Toenail fungus

Diaper rash: dilute Biocidin LSF and apply directly to skin and allow to dry before covering
Prostatitis: 2-3 month protocol for reducing inflammation, biofilms, and microbes
Use Biocidin capsules as rectal suppositories nightly

2 caps Olivirex twice daily
Toenail fungus: 2-3 month protocol using Biocidin LSF orally and topically
Apply directly to affected toenail 1-2 times daily.
Take Biocidin LSF orally 2-3 times per day using the Titration Instructions as tolerated.
Vaginosis: continue until symptoms decrease or are alleviated
Use Biocidin capsules as vaginal suppositories 1-2 times daily

Proflora 4R orally at least 2 hours away from any Biocidin herbal formula
After 2-3 months or regular or rotating use, take Biocidin capsules as vaginal suppositories weekly or bi-weekly.
Liquid Biocidin can be used as a vaginal douche. Use 12 drops of Biocidin per 8 oz of water.
UTI Urinary Tract Infection
Continue until symptoms decrease or are alleviated
Take Biocidin LSF or liquid Biocidin using the Titration Instructions as tolerated.
Take 1 capsule of Olivirex up to 3 times per day between meals.
Autoimmune conditions
Continue until symptoms decrease or are alleviated which is usually 6-8 months. Symptom relief is reported at 6-16 weeks
Take Biocidin LSF or liquid Biocidin using the Titration Instructions as tolerated.
Take 2 capsules GI Detox on an empty stomach at least 2 hours away from medications and supplements.
Blastocystis Hominis and other parasites
2-3 months or cycle on and off for 6 months-1 year. Cycling or pulsing can be performed around the full moon.
Take Biocidin LSF or liquid Biocidin using the Titration Instructions as tolerated.
Biotonic can be added for digestive support.

Clostridia (C Diff) and Candida: a 2-3 month protocol

Take Biocidin Proflora 4R at least 2 hours away from any Biocidin herbal formula.
Take 1 capsule of Olivirex up to 3 times per day between meals.
Take 2 caps of G.I. Detox on an empty stomach 2 hours away from any other supplements or medications.
SIBO Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth: a 2-3 month protocol
Take Biocidin LSF or liquid Biocidin using the Titration Instructions as tolerated.
Proflora 4R orally at least 2 hours away from any Biocidin herbal formula.
Take 2 caps of G.I. Detox on an empty stomach 2 hours away from any other supplements or medications. This will clear dead bacteria and cellular waste.
Take 1 capsule of Olivirex up to 3 times per day between meals. It is helpful for clearing methane-producing organisms.
Lyme and co-infections: continue protocol for 2-3 months for acute infections, and 6-8 Take Biocidin LSF or liquid Biocidin using the Titration Instructions as tolerated.
Take 2 caps of G.I. Detox on an empty stomach 2 hours away from any other supplements or medications. This will clear dead bacteria and cellular waste.
Take 1 capsule of Olivirex up to 3 times per day between meals.
Take Proflora 4R orally at least 2 hours away from any Biocidin herbal formula to restore gut barrier function.
Acne: 4-6 weeks topical and internal protocol
Use small amounts of Biocidin LSF as a spot treatment or use 2 pumps as a mask to apply to the entire face for 20 minutes and then rinse off. Repeat up to 2 times per week.
Biocidin Throat spray can be used topically. It has an alcohol base which can dry the skin.
To support the gut and root causes of acne:

Gum and dental infections
After brushing your teeth, swish 2 pumps of Biocidin LSF and hold it in your mouth for 2 minutes. Repeat up to 3 times per day. Follow for 4 weeks.
Use Dentalicidin toothpaste and Dentalicidin LS for oil pulling.
Acute sinus infections with cold/flu and chronic sinus infections including mold/fungal/MARCONS
Use 8-12 drops of Biocidin liquid drops or 1 pump of Biocidin LSF (equivalent for 4 drops) into a neti pot or disposable nasal rinse bottle such as NeilMed.
Or, add drops to saline nasal spray like this one.
Use several times per day. Improvement is usually seen within 4-6 weeks.
Another option: Use 5 drops of Biocidin liquid or 1 pump of LSF in a nebulizer. Fill water to the line indicated for the nebulizer and add Biocidin. Use 1-3 times per day as tolerated until symptoms resolve. Use in conjunction with Biocidin oral formulas and GI Detox.
Swimmer’s ear and Ear infections
Ensure that the inner and outer ear are dry. Place 3 drops or 1 pump of Biocidin LSF at the opening of the ear. Tip head so liquid enters the ear. Biocidin throat spray can also be used. Hold in the ear for several minutes and then let the liquid drain out.
Conjunctivitis and stye
Use Biocidin LSF around your eye (NOT IN YOUR EYE) with care not to touch your eyes.
Cradle cap and dandruff
Apply Biocidin LSF directly to the scalp and massage into hair. Let sit for 20 minutes and wash hair. Or mix several drops of Biocidin liquid into hair conditioner and work into hair and scalp. Let sit for several minutes and rinse as usual. Repeat the process daily until symptoms resolve.
